Use a cloned hard drive to create identical laptop installations, MS license issue

First time poster.
I am using Acronis to clone the hard drive from a Laptop that we sell as a controller for a suite of tools we build. I have successfully created the clone and have used it to create an identical laptop as the original. However in doing so both laptops have the same MS serial number. This is the same for the Acronis software as well. Is there a tool that I can use from Acronis that I can use to backup the software key information before I clone the hard drive? The laptops are HP and did not come with the widows key sticker on the machine that I can find. I can use Magic JellyBean to find the key however so that is not a problem. I think I have to make sure the software keys are manually recorded so I can restore them after the cloning operation. Has anyone in the community ever done something like this before?
