User name reference has expired

I am having an issue using online backup with True Image 2013.

I recently extended by subscription for online backup. Now I get an error message saying that my user name reference has expired - see attached screen shots.

I can still access the stored backup from the web but can't add to the backup from TI 2013.

This is a critical problem for me and I would be very grateful if anyone has a solution.
