username and password wrong

my issue is with backing up my Windows xp D drive to my Server 2008 Drive on E. i have installed Acronis home edition 11 on the Windows xp. in acronis i created in backup job and then ran it the job cancels and errors out in the log username and password is incorrect. i can not figure out what the issue is. i provided username: administrator and password: XXXXX this account is a local admin on my server 2008 box. I am trying to backup my D drive to the server's E drive. what am i doing wrong?

Try using the UNC path (\\Server\share) instead of a mapped drive letter. The account being used to run the TI task usually doesn't have access to mapped drives.
