Using Acronis True Image 8 to back shares on a NAS

Currently have Acronis True Image 8 running on a windows server that backs up local shares on that server to an external hard drive. We are looking at installing a Netgear ReadyNAS 2100 and moving those shares to it. Can I use Acronis True Image 8 to backup those shares that will now be located on the NAS? Do I need any special agent?
