Using a NAS

English is not my native language so sorry for my mistakes, and please do not answer me with acronyms or shortcuts. Again sorry if this request has already been discussed but I did not find.

I just bought the Plus Pack because I read on the Acronis site that all media were recognized.
Now I just intall a Synology NAS with two hard drives in RAID for my documents, photos, MP3s and videos. I want to access it with my mobile or even away from the web.
I used to protect the OS and my documents by making clones of hard drives with True Image. This cloning can be used for hard drive failure, but it is also a protection against the theft of the PC.
So I install the Plus Pack on True Image 2012 and it does not work :
I still only see the hard drives of PC but not those of the NAS.

How do I do ?
