Validation Question

Thread needs solution

I'm using True Image 2009, which I just upgraded to from True Image 6.0.

When I run the validation feature, how will it let me know if there were problems with the integrity with the file? I see there's a line that says "Operation has Succeeded," but I'm not sure of this means the validation utility has succeeded in checking the file, or if it means it's finished with no errors detected.

I did see I can be notified via messenger, but I have my services trimmed down to bare bones, and Messenger will not work. I'd just as well check the log anyhow, but I just need some clarification on what succeeded means in this case. With True Image 6.0 I had a separate utility that did the same, but it said "Validation Finished With No Errors" or something to that effect.

Thanks,

jnibori

The Operation has succeeded means that it is OK. You will get something like "archive corrupt" if it fails the validation. Also, the calendar date you are running it on will be red instead of green, I believe.
