Very high resource usage

Greetings, I'm having a bit of an issue with ATIH. Specifically, my system slows down to a halt even when Acronis is supposed to be on low priority. Checking my processes these seem to be the culprits:

NAME:           CPU %:      RAM:

dllhost.exe    ~40%       897,000K  (com surrogate)

dllhost.exe   ~40%        250,000K  (com surrogate)

System          ~20%       400k   (nt kernel & system)

And they only start and increase this high when Acronis is running, even with low priority.

My relevant PC specs are:

Intel i5 2500K @ 4ghz (quad core)

8GB DDR3 RAM

2TB WD Caviar Black

2TB Samsung Green Backup Drive (model escapes me)

Windows 7 Pro
