VSS Event ID's 8193 & 22

I recently did a fresh install of Ultimate 7 64 bit. Whenever my Home 2010 (build 7046) runs a System State script, I get event errors 8193 (Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine CoCreateInstance. hr = 0x80040154, Class not registered
Operation: Instantiating VSS server ) &
22 (Volume Shadow Copy Service error: A critical component required by the Volume Shadow Copy service is not registered. This might happened if an error occurred during Windows setup or during installation of a Shadow Copy provider. The error returned from CoCreateInstance on class with CLSID {e579ab5f-1cc4-44b4-bed9-de0991ff0623} and Name IVssCoordinatorEx2 is [0x80040154, Class not registered].

Anyone know a resolution for this?
All of the postings on MS point to Server 2003 or Vista. I have tried re-registering DLL's listed in those posts but I receive errors on several of them.

Acronisinfo.exe errors out saying that MSVCR71.dll is missing.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks for the help. I have the zip file but I'm unable to get support via email come up as an option. I went through the Start Here and did my selections, but email isn't an option, only PPI.

I get the very same problem on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system using TrueImage 2010. Please let me know when you have a solution to this problem so I can apply it to my TrueImage software.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and Acronis True Image 2014. I am encountering exactly the same Errors 22 & 8193 in Windows Event Viewer. I do not see that a solution was ever posted.
