WD SATAIII drive kills bootable media

Thread needs solution

Using a WD3200AAKX-073CA0 SATA III as a HDD, bootable media,TIH2012 starts with loading acronis.. and them comes a message which reads severe error no bootdevice(partition) found.
If I disconnect the WD, media does what it is made for.
WD has an own Acronis True Image WD Edition Software Version: 14157.Starting this bootble media, no problems.
In my system there is a HITACHI SATA III HDD which makes no trouble with my original TI bootmedia.
After a lot of mails to WD-Support I got the following explanation.
WD firmware has a digital signature. There is no signature for ATIH2012. To prevent loosing data the programm abends.
How can Iuse TIH2012 with that drive? It is no solution to disconnect the WD drive making a image of my system.
I used other bootable media of my products. Same procedure.
