What Encryption Key?!
I've been using True Image Home 2011 online backup for 6 months and have never created an encryption key. Suddenly I'm being asked for an encryption key when I try to access my 180+ gigabytes of online data. I can't provide an encryption key that I never created so now I'm locked out from my own data!
A search of this forum shows that I'm not alone. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit

I also have the same problem. So far, I have worked with two Acronis personnel. The first time, we removed all of my storage on three computers and I used a new encryption key and restored all of my data overnight. The encryption problem reappeared the next morning. The server would not honor my new encryption key or my old one.
The second time, we removed all of my data, I specifically did not use an encryption key, and then I restored the data overnight. The next morning, the server asked for my encryption key again.
I am running two computers on Windows 7 and one on Windows XP.
I have a fourth computer that works just fine with an encryption.
I also love this program but can't use it.

Kudos to Acronis for refunding my subscription fee for online backup. I will continue to use their True Image Home product, as I have for years, but NOT their online backup service. It's doesn't meet the high standard I expect from Acronis. Perhaps someday they'll work out the bugs.
