What happened to this company?
Major (incapacitating)issues unresolved for months. Not a single public comment from Acronis. Not to mention a horrible new UI.
What happened to the company. Was it sold - was there a complete turn over of staff? Was Yoko Ono put in charge of engineering?
What?

Hello Perry and Scott,
Thank you for your posts.
Perry, let me provide you with additional assistance please.
Would you be kind enough to let me know about the issues that you experience with our software so that I can look them in our system and get back to you with the results.
I found your posts in this thread related to NAS issues in Acronis True Image 2012 Home. Our Development team is aware of them and is working on a fix.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

Hello Anton,
As i read this, it would seem you have just confirmed Perry and Scott's argument. I would suggest that if any sort of testing was done to begin with and a problem with nas drives was found then the product should not have been realeased.
This i think is what people are talking about, the need to create revenue has come ahead of the need to produce a realiable product.
I have been a supporter of Acronis for many many years now however even I am starting to question that loyality. This is another example of what Perry and Scott are talking about. Lets not forget as customers we are the ones that keep this company afloate perhaps its time for Acronis to reaffirm its customer relations goals and possibly have a rethink of its core value statements
Regards Russell Cooke
