Where is the Volume 9?

Thread needs solution

Jan, if you are referring to an error message box that you get whilst running an incremental task, then it is likely one of two things have happened.

1. You have manually deleted part of an archive using Windows Explorer or any other file manager. This will mean that the TI database will still be trying to find a file that no longer exists.

2. The TI database has become corrupted.

To fix #1, you will need to delete the database entry, which I think I might have alluded to in another of your threads, but I'll repeat it in case it wasn't one of yours' . Click on the Recovery tab, find the archive causing the problem, right click on the actual image entry and select Remove.

To fix #2 is more difficult. It might be worth downloading the Acronis task zapper or Scheduler updater, but you'll need to read the Acronis KB entry carefully.

If neither of these guesses are correct, then 'what DwnDrty typed'.
