Will not Sign In
True Image 2014 will not sign in so all Tabs are greyed out. It just tell me Server is busy and to try again later
I have un installed and re installed but it will not sign in but I can sign in to my Acronis Account and on this Forum
I am now regretting purchasing True Image 2014

Thank you very much for that info. True Image worked fine when first installed but I am out of support so maybe an update may become available.
In the meantime I can't back up my laptop

So when you say that True Image will not sign in exactly what do you mean by that? Please describe the operations you are attempting to perform in detail. Screenshots can help as well. More information, better results with solutions.

I do not know why Tabs are greyed out, I assume I need to sign in,
don't remember having to sign in to use Backup when first installed

The screenshots indicate that what is failed is your attempt to sign on to the cloud storage and online sync features of your Acronis account. The greyed out tabs on the first screenshot are from the start screen of the TI app, are you saying that clicking on any of these greyed out tabs does nothing? What do you do to get the sign in box displayed on the screen? Click the sign in button? I am not sure here but with what information I have here to look at it sounds a bit to me like the program for some reason has lost its activation so the program is not functional because it thinks that it is not a registered and activated product.

I had thought of Activation so I right click on ? and select Activate
I then get error message "Failed to connect to Acronis activation server.

If the program worked before you should not have to reactivate the install again. Here is a link to the Activation procedures, try these out and see if you can get things corrected.
