win xp professional sp3 upgrade question
Hello All:
I currently run True Image Home 11.0 on a Windows xp professional sp3 computer. The program has (mostly) been reliable and (on two occasions) a life-saver.
The Acronis website states as follows with respect to system requirements for True Image Home 2011:
>>Supported operating systems . . . Windows XP Professional (X32/X64, _SP2_)<< [emphasis mine]
I this intended to _exclude_ SP3?
If this is not the intent, I would appreciate any comments relating to the merits of upgrading vs. staying where I am.
TIA
Duncan

Oh. Now I found it ( After google led you to http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/index.html, and there is apparently no such words on the page, click on 'resource' tab and then on (?)FAQ link that will open yet anothe hidden DIV block) -
What operating systems does Acronis True Image Home 2011 support?
....
Windows XP Home Edition (X32, SP3)
Windows XP Professional (32- and 64-bit / SP2)
What are the minimum system requirements?
...
Windows XP Home Edition (X32/X64, SP3)
Windows XP Professional (X32 SP3, X64 SP2)
Must be a typo - not only there is no such thing as "home edition X64" and/or "Home edition X64 SP3), but in userguide for Home 2011 it's stated that on XP the latest SP is required, so for 32-bit it's SP3, for 64-bit it's SP2.
