Windows 7 True Image 10 Home doesn´t start

Hello together,
I installed True Image 10 Home on Windows 7.
But after installing the programm doesn´t start.
Where is my fault ?
I deinstalled it completely and installed it again, but nothing happens :-((

The reason should be "compatabilty problems with OS" ????

Who can help me?

The last sentence of the thread ist important for me.

Some month ago I had buied (buyed?) Acronis True Image 10 Home.
I thought - until yet - that this version is the same as Acronis True Image Home 2010 - is´nt it ?

TI 10 is several years old. It was followed by TI 11, TI 2009, and TI 2010.

TI 2010 officially supports Windows 7. Previous versions do not.
