Using True Image Home 2011 on XPsp3 Pro.

I am trying to keep WISPTIS.EXE from running (base priority is HIGH) because I don't need it and it hogs CPU. I have googled various solutions to this, including turning off "Advanced Text Services" in the Windows Control Panel and renaming WISPTIS.EXE to WISPTIS.OLD.

But, when I start Acronis, a Windows Office Enterprise 2007 dialog pops up and proceeds to install another copy of WISPTIS.EXE and start it!

How do I stop this intrusive behavior?

Never mind ... I was able to block execution by setting a local security policy to disallow the path.
