I just installed home 2012 and when I try to login I get a red X error stating "Wrong PEM Format" Does anyone how to fix this? I tried to install an older version as well with no luck.

just the same problem

i removed ATIH completely

reinstalled ATIH2012_6151_nl-NL dutch version
reinstalled ATIH2012PP_6151_nl-NL

still same problem when logging in for online backup
wrong PEM format

@support: please help

!! when installing, the update check can't connect either!!

i tried the login for online backup with firewall disabled, no cure

no proxy

I got this message too "wrong PEM format" just after having uninstalled 2012 after a 2011 upgrade. I just close the message box.

just loged in without changing anything
but no error certificationserver not online

i think acronis has a server problem for the moment
