Wrong Timestamp on backups
Backups are being made with the wrong timestamp.
I purchased and installed the product on Friday (7/13/2012) and have done 2 nightly backups, on Friday and Saturday evenings, 7/13/2012 and 7/14/2012. The timestamps for those 2 backups show as 4/17/2012, 9:17:42PM and 4/18/2012, 6:07:16PM, respectively.
I downloaded and installed the latest update as well.
How can I fix this so tonight's backup has the correct timestamp?
Thanks!

Yes I have James, sorry I forgot to mention that. My computer's time is correct, even for DST, and is synched automatically to time-a.nist.gov

I also forgot to mention I have the backup set to run @ 9:00PM every night.

When you right-click on a backup (.tib) file and look at the properties, what do the dates/times look like? If you create a file (such as a text file), does it have the right Date and Time on it?

The date/time is the same erroneous date and time as displays through Windows Explorer and in the application in the Browse for Backup window, i.e. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 9:17:41 PM
All other files of various types are fine. I've never noticed a problem before with any timestamps on other files or applications, including ones created in the last several days and/or today.

Sledd,
Double check what timezone your Windows thinks it is in, even if your time is showing correctly if the timezone is wrong True Image will have the wrong time as that is where it gets its information from.

Yes, I checked that also, the time zone is correct: (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)
According to the logs, everything happened correctly (i.e. on July 13 & July 14, on schedule starting at 9pm Pacific Time), but when the tib files are written on disk, they are listed as
4/17/2012, 21:17 and 4/18/2012, 18:07 respectively,
both in Windows Explorer and in ATIH, Browse for Backups window.

And this evening's backup, which just finished a moment ago, is timestamped 4/19/2012, 5:35:28 PM

I've run out of ideas for the moment other than try the following two things.
1. Perform a manual image and see if you get the same result.
2. Delete the tasks and start again.
Could you please post some screen shots of the problem?
Your statement about Windows Explorer confuses me slightly, do other files show up incorrectly or is it just the tib files?
Are you imaging to a NAS or other network PC or to a USB connected drive?
