Yet another ATIH2012 upgrade failure

Hi Everyone

I did a lot of research before I bought ATIH2012, saw all the problems and warnings, should've listened, but Acronis sent me an offer I couldn't refuse - £14.95 upgrade inc addon pack.

I've uninstalled 2010, rebooted, ran the 2012 installer with admin rights and still fails both times I've tried. The install almost completes then rolls back and displays the error dialog box attached. Iv'e also attached the "AcronisTrueImage.msi" error log

After a bit more research, my build, 6131, had been updated - the installer said IT was the latest - so I downloaded build 6154 trial version, installed with my serials, still the same problem. I then ran the trial installer with a trial serial and it STILL didn't work, same error.

The error that happens EVERYTIME I try to install is "installation has failed, fatal error during installation". That's it, no error code just these messages
