Cant restore acronis mobile back up for iPhone

I have the same problem. Did a full iPhone backup to Acronis Cloud - however the first time (emergency) that I have needed to recover my phone data - it can't see anything to restore from the APP side - this just does not work , at all. I can see that the back up is there on the Acronis Cloud - when accessing via the Safari browser on my MAC. However the Acronis mobile APP is just not functional. Paid for this - it should work. Disappointing.

 make sure you select "All backed up files" sorting in Media as described here https://forum.acronis.com/comment/502799#comment-502799

If the issue is still not resolved, I'd recommend raising a support ticket

How about trying professional iOS data recovery tools such as TunesKit iPhone Data Recovery to restore the data? 

His first task is to restore data from Acronis Cloud. If there is no better way, an iOS recovery tool is needed. What is worth recommending is the data retrieval function in RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.
