IOS 10 not backing up

Thread needs solution

I have recently upgraded to Acronis True Image 2017 .  Works fine backing up my PC.   When I tried to back up my IPhone running the latest version of IOS 10, I can only get it as far as 1%, I then get an error message telling me to try again in a minute or cancel.  I have tried backing up to both my PC and Acronis cloud, but the same thing happens each time.

I have not updated to iOS 10 yet, so I cannot test this. I do not recall getting such an error message before, however, (apparently) unresponsive backup was a "feature" of the early builds of the ATI 2017 version of the iOS App. I can report that it is working perfectly with iOS 9 (lkatest build).

PS iOS 10 is a 'new trick' and I am an 'old dog' so I am reluctant to update at this stage.

I can back up photos and files using File Browser, without any problem and if I set backup with 2017 to photos only it still will only reach a maximum 1%.

However on the up side my Bluetooth connection in my 2015 Honda Civic no longer drops out every few minutes.

If you have not already done so I would log a support request for this issue.
