[DUPLICATE] offizielles Update Acronis 2014 bei Win 8 64Bit funktioniert nicht

I can't get the latest update to work either. It stops at "Creating shortcuts". I am using Windows 8.1 64Bit. I even tried uninstalling the previous version and doing a clean install but it still failed. I am annoyed that you cannot get support from Acronis for this problem without paying for it. Suffice it to say I am now looking for alternative products with free support.

Gleiches Problem unter W 8.1 64bit. Update stirbt mit dem Fehlercode 0x01410002+0x0056697C und dieser Fehler ist nirgends bei Acronis zu finden.
Habe schon Antivirenprogramm abgeschaltet weil ich vermutet hatte, dass von dort die Einschränkung kommt - ohne Ergebnis. Die kpl. Fehlermeldung ist beigefügt.

Ich hoffe hier auf einen Lösungshinweis.

Scheint tatsächlich so zu sein. Vierter Downloadversuch zu einer anderen Tageszeit war erfolgreich.

Auch Windows 8.1 iso war in dieser Hinsicht schon pingelig.

Ja auch bei mir hat es inzwischen geklappt. Dazu hatte ich zuvor alles an Virenschutz abgeschaltet. Ob es nun aber an der Checksum oder am abgeschalteten Virenschutz lag kann ich nicht sagen.
