On my laptop with Windows 10 / Samsung SSD Pro 850 / Bitlocker I cannot Nonstop Backup, Complete PC Backup, Single Volume Backup

On my laptop with Windows 10 True Image 2016 is not working at all. No nonstop backup, no full computer backup, no single drive backup. The list remains empty or shows 0 Byte. Nonstop can be setup, but stops after a minute.

In Acronis True Image 2015 only Nonstop wasn't working at all. But the old 2014 under Windows 7 was working, so could stay with it.

Now I have to search for a new backup software. I have no idea. I even cannot get any support from Acronis as the TIB 2016 was given to me, as TIB 2015 was not working.

Ich denke das eine Supportanfrage beim deutschen Acronis-Support besser wäre, in der Woche tagsüber bei Acronis.de im "Live Chat" (oder zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit über Email) um Hilfe zu bitten. Die Seriennummer muss bei Acronis.de registriert sein, sonst kann man die "Acronis True Image 2016" nicht in der Liste auswählen.

"Technische Probleme/ Fragen" - "Ich arbeite mit einer Vollversion" - mit Emailadresse und Kennwort anmelden - Das "Acronis True Image 2016" aus der Liste wählen. Jetzt sollte "Live Chat" und "Email" (Webformular) verfügbar sein. Bei Supportanfragen über "Email" dauert es oft länger bis eine Antwort kommt.

Unfortunately I cannot make a live chat, as my support ended October 2014. :-( I even cannot buy new support for this. Any other ideas?
