Warum sind Acronis Backup 11.7 und True Image 2019 nicht kompatibel?

Hallo,

wir haben das Problem das manche HP/ Lenovo Thinstations nur True Image 2019 vom USB-Stick erkennen und manche nur Backup Advanced 11.7.

Zusätzlich werden dann auch nur manche Backups erkannt. Wieso, gibt's da eine Lösung?

ATI 2019 und Acronis Backup 11.7 sind nicht kompatibel (verschiedene Produkte).

Ich würde mit ATI 2019, bei "Extras" - "Rescue Media Builder" ein WinRE basiertes Bootmedium probieren (Erstellungsmethode "Einfach").
