Thread needs solution

Did anyone else receive this email today from customerservice@acronis.com? I found it interesting that they misspelled their own company name "Acronus" in the subject line.

We value the relationship we have with you, but are always looking for opportunities to improve it.

We are committed to providing you the products, services and overall experience that you desire from Acronis.

To that end, your feedback is essential in delivering these in a timely fashion.

We take your feedback extremely serious. It is reviewed by the heads of each division and the entire Management team. From there, it is prioritized and action plans are developed to close the gaps between your expectations and where we are currently.
