Difficulty logging in to My Account 2010
The cleverbridge receipt gives a link to My Account which enables me to login. Making a shortcut for this address only works with Internet Explorer and not my default browser - Firefox. The method works but is tedious. I cannot believe that there is not a simple link eg on the Home Page that will take me directly to the My Account login page. The User Guide only has only one instance of My Account which states: Go to my Account. I have searched extensively with no success. I would be very pleased if someone showed my incompetence.

Thank you for the reply. I never had any difficulty in logging in to my account. The link you have given me is the one I obtained from Cleverbridge and I have put on my Bookmarks Toolbar. Having opened the Acronis Homepage if I want to go to My Account I then have to open my browser and use Bookmarks (Favorites in IE) easy but tedious. On Kaspersky Internet Security a tab on the home page takes me directly to the account login page. Maybe a minor point but perhaps Acronis will consider this improvement in the future.
