HELP! Internal Error 4,099 (0x5B1003)

Thread needs solution

My company had recently spent a large amount of money of Acronis products to run on our 4 new servers. The one I'm having the most trouble is with Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange. Currently I'm testing that it actually is all working properly. - I dumped email in a newly created Exchange mailbox. - I verified that the email was actually there - I backed up the mailbox with Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange - The backup finished successfully - I delete the mailbox from the Exchange server - I Recreate the mailbox - I initiate the Acronis Restore - The restore FAILS In the logs I see: 4,099 (0x5B1003) Internal Error Attached is the log file:
