[RESOLVED] Unsupported hard drive message

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to run True Image Home 2012 and keep getting message saying it has detected an unsupported hard drive (Dynamic disk, ez drive, etc). I got this at first with a used drive and thought it might have been converted to a dynamic drive, so I got a brand new SATA drive and tried to restore to it, but got the same message. There are no other drives in the system. I'm booting Acronis from a USB flash drive.

Issue resolved here.

Right click on the computer icon on your computer, choose manage, storage, disk component. In the window that shows up, choose view ->top->list disks

Capture a screenshot of the resulting window and post here.

The first build (before update 0) displayed this message and prevented furhter actions with the software. The latest build (and 6151 too) may display it mostly in case of uninitialed disk, but should allow further action. Just go to 'tools' - 'new disk' and initialize it to mbr or gpt.

I downloaded the latest build and it works fine.
