Apache web server security issues

There are 4 known security issues (found by Nessus security scans) in the Apache version installed in the current version of the Backup & Recovery I have installed, 11.0.0.17318. Does the latest version 11.0.0.17438 use the Apache 2.2.22 or later to resolve these issues. And if not, when would you expect to release a version that resolves the Apache issues.

I can provide the list of the 4 issues the Nessus scans found, if that would help.
