Failed to back up file or folder
I'm running Acronis True Image Home 2010. While trying to back up a folder I received an error message that said "An error occurred while reading a file. The Event code is 0x00040001+0x0010C45A+0x00100155 I tried to get more information about the error by entering it in http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode however I received the answer below. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I think you have pinpointed the problem. I tried to run chkdsk and I got the following error message after a few minutes of running. "Windows was unable to complete the disk check."
