3 way sync possible?

Is it possible to sync a folder 3 ways? If so than how? I have one folder that syncs to an external HDD, but I would like it to sync to another HDD as well and can't figure out how.

I would also like one way sync to two other folders i.e. 1 local Master Folder synced to a USB HDD1, taken off site at end of week and replaced with USB HDD2, which should be updated to reflect current Master Folder. N.B. Alterations on USB HDDs should NOT reflect back to Master Folder.

Can it be done? Any plans to include in future releases?
