Thread needs solution

This question is more to developers or technical support, but i am calling forum, because I have a trial version. I want to know if my problem is for technical support or it is more preferable to wait for update. I can not run Try and decide. It write, as if trial period expired. Please write, should I buy a software and call tech support or to wait for the solution.  I shall decide depending on Acronis plans to fix the issue. My situation is described in details here.

I would really like to assist you with it and I would like to understand what happens when you are using True Image 2013 by Acronis. Have you installed the trial version? Could you please get back to me with the exact error message or its screenshot and let me know if you need help downloading the trial version.
