click tasks, create task, my data, useyour mouse and uncheck or check whatever you need to so you have selected what you called "certain selected files" of interest, now chose a backup location, deselect "run task now", drill into options, go through each panel setting what you want (such as email notification, backup schedule ect) save your task.

run it manually or let it run via schedule.
