recevory manager - greyed destination disk

Hi,

Here the situation

- 1 Dedicated Linux Server
- 1 USB Hard Drive contains the clone archive of a previous server
- 1 USB Key contains the Recovery Manager.

I booted on the usb key, I used the Recovery Wizard, then I tried to restore the full disk but when I'm on step "Destination of Disk 1": the disk I wish to restore is greyed out. I can't select it.

It's the HP LOGICAL VOLUME (SCSI)

You can see all my steps on the screens.

Note: I tried to not to include the MBR, then select each partition manually, but after few minutes I got "Recover Operation failed.".

I retried with the MBR partition first, then the boot, and finally the data.

And for the last one I got the error message, here the logs:

Also, there is weird / wrong info about the partition, as you can see on the second screen.
Free space before : 8 TB ????
Partition size : 0 byte
