Online-Backup fails

Thread needs solution

These days i had several problems with Acronis 2013 Online Backups. Overall performance while creating/deleting Backupjobs is really slow - but thats not the main problem. Almost 50% of my Backups just fail with different Errors - on different PC in different locations(!). Two Days ago even the Storage-Server was offline.

For example today:

I'm also not able to continue a paused Online-Backup, there will be a "Error while opening ScriptFile"-Error. Then i have to delete the Backup and create it new. Livechat-Support recommended to me a Tool named "True Image Online" but this software also often fails with same errors.

Another issue: I get messages like "Backup successfully finished" in the systray and with E-Mail-notice, but the progressbar in True Image is not finished, it will stop forever.

Has anyone similar experiences ?

My online BU has been failing for a month now. Both scheduled and manual. Is there some reason that I should expect this to be resolved by support? Should I get impatient and pay for support? What am I expected to do? My carbonite has been working without any issues since I installed it months ago.
