ATI 2013 still running in trial mode after successful activation of full version

Thread needs solution

I originally downloaded a trial of ATI 2013. Two days after the trial, I purchased the Full Retail box version online. After receiving the package the other day, I entered the new serial, and registered it in my established account on the Acronis website.

Evidently, it's still running in trial mode because I still can't do a Clone Disk, it is non-selectable.

How do I resolve this issue and get this program running as the full version that I paid for?

Try a repair install using the full version installer, if that doesn't work the answer will be to uninstall the trial version and then after a reboot install the full version. As you are within 30 days of purchase you are eligible for Acronis support via Chat or email on the Acron is website.

Thank you, I was able to resolve the problem. It is now an official version with working clone functionality.
