Newly installed T.I. home upgrade, cannot backup anything

Thread needs solution

I just installed the upgrade to True Image 2013 from True Image 2010 (no errors with install).
When I try a backup for my C: drive (Windows boot disk) , a load of errors are in the Logbook (see image). No backup.
The source for this backup is an SSD (40GB) drive. Target a large non-SSD drive (D:)
System- Windows 7 (64bit).
It always worked flawless with the 2010 version. A search in the knowledge database reveals no solution.
How to proceed?
Thank you for any information..
Regards, JaN

In reply to my own post:
The problem (in Dutch) language seems to be with "locking" the volume..

In 2nd reply to my post-
I gave it a few other tries, and guess what, it finally worked (without any change in parameters).
So for the moment i'm a happy camper.

Not sure exactly which steps you followed but if 2010 installed, it must be uninstalled before 2013 can be installed. The 2013 install program is supposed to refuse to install over 2010 until the uninstall is completed.

The TI Recover CD can be used to make backups of your system. Boot from the CD and check mark the disk as to what is to be included within the backup. By check marking the disk, this will cause all partitions to be included within the backup including any non-lettered partitions. A backup of the complete disk would enable you to create a replacement disk should you have a need.
