I have fully configured three operating system images (with all my needed programs installed) - XP, Win7 and Win8. Is there a way I can these three images to a partitioned OS hard drive and set up to boot any of the three form the one disk?

I use EasyBCD from Neosmart to boot any of: W7, WXPx64, or ATIH.iso so it might work for what you want to try.
