Unable to configure file backup process

Hello,

Having a problem choosing files and folders to backup and also selecting a destination folder. The folder trees are not complete and when I choose a folder "my documents" for example, the program stops "program not responding" and I have to exit out.

I remember I had a similar problem when first installing TI2013, OS is Win XP Pro SP3 . I stopped and disbled the Sync Agent Service and it seemed to work fine until now. I started then stopped the service again and diabled it but the problem still exists. I also did a repair with the latest build. I am unable to perform any backups at this time. Help is much appreciated

I have not seen this one yet, I believe. The first thing I would do is uninstall 2013, use the cleanup utility found herafter, reboot and reinstall.
Follow the instructions of the cleanup utility very carefully.
