Screenshotss don't show anymore
I have 10 backups done with Acronis TI 2013. They are incremental except for the first and 7th. Those are full. I set them all to do screenshots and the first 5 all had screenshots. After that the screenshots quit working. What is it with this setting. It works for the first few and then stops. It went the same way with version 2012. They either need to fix this or get rid of the setting.
Try this.
Open the program and click the Browse for Backups option.
Locate the one folder containing the backups for your current task.
Use your mouse pointer and highlight ALL the backup files.
While highlighted, click the Add to Backup list option.
Now close the folder and return to main screen and inside the current task.
Right click anywhere inside the task and click on the "Recover files" option.
Clcik on any date at the very bottom of the screen where all your backups are listed.
Click on the upper left corner option which reads "Disk & partitions" and the screenshot should appear. Note it will only appear when viewed in the "disks & partitions" view mode.
My storage folder contains 28 backup files and the screenshot is available for each of those backups when viewed as above. Or, alternately, you can open the Screen folder and right click on any of the screenshots and view in the computer default photo program.
