Try&Decide error!

I need some help please, I have True Image Home 11 and somehow the software has developed an error.

When I try and use the Try and Decide option I get an error which states "Try and Decide has not started due to an error of the Try and Decide Driver!" (picture attached)

I've tried a reboot and a reinstall repair and finally a total uninstall and new installation but everything that I try still produces the problem.

I'm using build 8101 which is the latest build.

I'm at a loss to know what to do now and would appreciate any assistance.

I know it's bad form to reply to my own post but from searching the internet I can't find much help on the subject, except for a clean up tool being mentioned. Any chance someone can tell me where I can get one from.
