I love acronis true image and i have been using it for years.. Now for a client of mine we were discussing the possibility to use the CLOUD service.

My question is: can we backup an external NETWORK drive onto the cloud with many gigabytes of data? So are NETWORK DRIVES supported and is there any problem that may occure of we have say 500GB of data to upload ?

Can we get more space than 250 GB ? and what is the cost?

Network drives - with 'Online Home' - no, with 'Backup & Recovery Online' - yes. There is a 500 GB subscription type (~$99/year), but only for 'corporate' 'Backup & Recovery Online' that works with Backup&Recovery Workstation, and Backup&Recovery can't be installed on a computer where True Image Home is already installed.
