Hello,

When i use CD Boot Disc Media for True Image Echo Entreprise Server my soft don't recognize my network card on DELL Optiplex - Broadcom Netlink.
Where can i update my boot media disk?

If the .iso file of latest linux-based bootable media that you can download from your Acronis account doesn't work either, you need to use WinPE-based bootable media if your product supports is (Backup & recovery 10 does, not sure about Echo - yes it does - http://kb.acronis.com/content/1749 ) The only missing part there is how to add your specific drivers to the image. - ( like in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH1715… point 5,6,10)
