Cannnot find "recreate backup settings" in 2011 Acronis

Hello,

Lately I have been getting script errors when I do a partition backup. The codes are:

0x0064008A+0x00900005+0x00040007+0x0000FFF0+0x80070003

If I follow the help files it wants me to right click on the backup where I had the error then choose "RECREATE BACKUP" from the drop down menu.

I get the menu but the choice to recreate backup isn't there!

What am I doing wrong?

I note that in the Acronis folder there are no less that 8 files in the folder that is marked "scripts."
