Cannot delete backup job for online sync

I have TrueImage Home 2012

I used to backup online using Acronis Online Storage. The the backup failed with messages saying the login was incorrect. I tried various options but have now cancelled the online storage subscription. However I still get the same error message on the TrueImage dsahboard that the backup has failed. There is no option to delete the job. When I right click or click on the cog, the options are only "view log" and "collapse"

I have had variousl uphelpful emails from Acronis support. I am now advised to start again to go the support area of the website

I used to love Acronis and TrueImage. Now I hate it

If someone could tell me how to delete a job instruction - not the saved data - that would be a start

Unfortunately there is no instruction available to delete the related backup plan manually.
