Error when backing up: Event code: 0x00170803+0x00170813

Thread needs solution

I've been getting this error (Event code: 0x00170803+0x00170813) for the last couple of days when trying to upload my backup to the online storage. I just had a chat to support who told me to delete the client.crt file in the ProgramData....\Acronis folder which did not help. Can someone tell me what this error is as the log files are no help at all. Of course the error does not show up in the knowledge base either.

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed before you've encountered this issue
  2. Screenshot of the problem
  3. Acronis Info from the problem machine

Was this error ever resolved. I have just started to receive this error ( Event code: 0x00170803+0x00170813 ) on one of my PCs after approx 3 mins in to the backup. There appears to be no problem recovering data. It's still not in the knowledge base.
