ABR 10 : The machine is not registered

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,

Since yesterday, I am getting an error that I am not able to resolve.

Every second, the error log sends 3 or 4 errors of the same type, telling me that the "The machine is not registered". (first screenshot, in French, and you can see in the second screenshot that the amount of error is terrible)

The machine mentionned by the error is my management server. Hope this can help you.

So how could I fix this error ? It shouldn't be a problem if I could disable the event log, but it seems that it can't be.

This issue is known in old builds of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10. I recommend to update your environment to the latest build 10.0.13762 if not already using it. For downloading the latest build, see this article from our knowledge base.
