Scheduled Backup did not run after being missed

Thread needs solution

AM using the trial version before buying. I have two backups set up to save to my NAS device. A image of C and a file copy of a directory.
If the NAS drive is on and the system is on both backups schedule fine. Last night I left the computer off and NAS off. I turned them on this morning and once the computer booted it did the file backup but did not touch the image backup. I had to run that manually.

Should both be tried when they have been missed as soon as possible after the PC comes back on. This was my final test before purchasing the software

Hi John,
The Acronis Scheduler needs to running for a missed task to run.

You must also tell the task to run if missed.

Do this by clicking the Turn On (Scheduler) link to the right during Task Creation. Then enable run at System Start up checkbox. You can also set a delay (in minutes) for the task to run after system start if you wish.

If the task is already created, you may use the edit task feature to acces these settings.

Keep the following in mind:

If a missed task which you have scheduled to run doesn't start (if at start up is specified) check to make sure the Scheduler Service is indeed running. If it isn't, start it and test again.

If the behavior continues, try deleting and recreating the task from scratch. Let us know if this resolves the issue.

Thanks. That did it. For some reason 1 had the If Missed turned on and the image copy did not. Think it is doing exactly what I need so time to spend some cash I think.
