Hello Jozef MEHES,

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you.

The error message shows, that the backup task runs into a time out. What you can do on a Server 2003 System, is following:

  1. Change usage of VSS Provider from Acronis VSS to Microsoft VSS: Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Using Microsoft VSS instead of Acronis VSS
  2. Increase the system resource (PoolUsageMaximum), like described here: Acronis Product Fails to Back Up with "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service (0xFFF0)" (use the second solution option).
  3. Increase the IRPStackSize value in Windows registry to decimal 50. See Shared Folders Cannot be Accessed after Installation of an Acronis Product

After applying all of this changes, the backup plan should work.

If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you.
