Nonstop Backup - cannot exclude folders
Hello,
in nonstop backup I try to exlude folders. I choose and add them in the nonstop-backup-options.
But re-opening the option it is completely empty.
So my backup HDD is full very quickly with that should better be safed somewhere else, as their content does not change.
I am using the actual version of true image 2013 and Windows 7/64.
What is wrong? What can I do?

Hello Karsten Evers,
thank you for your post.
As far as I understand, you exclude some folders from your nonstop backup, then save options and nonstop backup settings, but these changes are not appliedand next time opening settings window you see, that the exclusions tab is empty.
Could you please give some more details?
Are exclusions saved when creating a new nonstop backup task?
Thank you.

Hello, thank you for answering.
What details do you need? It is exactly as you described it.
I allways delete old nonstop backups. I change the backup HDD. I start a new nonstop backup on the empty HDD. And I try to exclude those folders, that are unsually don't changed and can better be saved by a drive backup.
Until now it never worked.
In the picture I added you see how it looks like after I excluded folders. I press OK, I press save. I re-open the options and it looks like the image on the right. Nothing happend, the whole drive will be saved.

No solution yet.
Does the exclusion of folders in the nonstop backup work for anybody else? Is it a bug of the program or something spezific on my computer?
